Yesterday I was going home after a long day of classes. It was 10pm and I was mentally exhausted after just taking a tough test, and writing a team paper. I was just coming out of the parking lot and turning down the university drive that surrounds the campus, and my radar detector goes off. Now normally I put two and two together and realize that my 75dollar cop detector is telling me I?m being gunned down by their lasers - but no, I was tired as hell and decided to focus my attention on this old guy jogging along side the road (what the heck was he doing on my campus after dark anyways???). Well sure enough, there?s some cop with nothing better to do than hide beside this road that only sees about 10 cars/an hour at this time of night. His lights go on, I pull over, follow the routine, answer his questions and I don’t say shit (key to avoid pissing off cops). Lucky for me, this guy was cool and let me get home with out a ticket. But why even pull me over for mildly accelerating up to a whopping peak of 43, on an empty road at night that might have one speed limit sign on the other side of that campus that reads 25?
LoL, cops suck.
