Hw2 In-game Timer

P5yNerGy|TFL’s in-game timer:

It uses the game’s internal clock, so if the game slows down due to lag, the timer keeps pace and displays accurate “game time.”

Here’s a pic:

(1k text file with .lua extension)

I remember this. But thought i lost it forever. Thanks

wow, cant believe u still got hold of that pic from a year or 2 ago… lol … nearly missed to find it that u posted even with my wonderful miss spell of ‘angry’ in some upsetting moment pfft. talking about ‘pfft’, yes its our pfft tfl dorky…

anyway, sf should get this timer, since its hard to count using one’s watch

Mik’s one is better, shows in sensors view too, and I have it. :stuck_out_tongue:

Ya its quit anoying having to tab out of the sensors manager evertime you want to check the game clock. So if you’ve got P5’s timer and want to see it in the sensors manager you’ve just got to change one line in hw2/bin/autoexec.lua

change this
dr_text2d(“timer”,0.0,0.98,str, 255,255,255)
to this
dr_text2d(“timer”,0.0,0.9,str, 255,255,255)

This will move the timer down a bit so that the black overlay in the sensors manager wont cover up the clock. You can also change the timer color in this line. So you can make it blood red, bright yellow, or if your like me, you can make yours flash green.

Sweet thanks for the idea. is there a cold blue?

ya, give this a try Cold-
dr_text2d(“timer”,0.0,0.9,str, 0,88,159)

Just edit the autoexec.lua file in notepad and replace the old dr_text2d line w/ the one above.

OMG. ur giniuS!
